About us
Kinetic Pitching Performance helps pitchers throw harder, move better, and stay healthy. Training blends pitching instruction with strength work, arm care, and clear development plans. The program is led by Kyle Bogese. Kyle works hands-on with athletes across ages and levels, building individualized plans and consistent routines that translate to the mound.
Training
Individual lessons: 1-on-1 coaching built around the athlete’s goals. Sessions usually include a warm-up, mechanical work, and a take-home drill plan. Group lessons: Structured training with peers and coaching feedback. Groups often run by theme (mechanics, command, velocity intent, or pitch development) with station work and reps.
Memberships
Memberships are for athletes who want consistent weekly training and a long-term plan. Most include scheduled sessions, progress tracking, and ongoing arm care guidance. Common options are 1x/week (maintenance), 2x/week (strong development pace), and 3x/week (high-commitment offseason work). Team or small-group add-ons can be offered as needed.
Assessments
Assessments establish a baseline and a clear plan. They typically include intake, a movement screen, throwing video review, and a written roadmap.

History
Kinetic Pitching Performance grew from Kyle Bogese’s playing journey and his desire to build a better development process for pitchers. After injuries from a serious car crash ended his playing career, Kyle shifted fully into coaching. He built Kinetic Pitching Performance around structured training that supports both performance and long-term arm health.
